Menus were designed to fit into stunning packaging for non-serviced flights and a different set of menus was available for serviced flights, as well as the capacity to provide off-menu food for those clients with special requests. All this without ever giving in to demands contrary to our principles, we remained committed to food with integrity, seasonality, organic as a first choice, and always freshly made and wonderful.

Gradually as word got out, many other private jet operators approached Baker & Spice to cater for their high value customers.

Foodcraft Solutions is working towards developing a similar operation in the UAE.
