Netjets launched in Europe with a mission to bring a food experience like no other to their high profile customers.

They approached Baker & Spice in 2006, to cater for their inaugural flight from London to Lisbon. Yael Mejia was instrumental in developing a new style of luxury catering to private jets and Baker & Spice became anchor caterers to Netjets in London.

This necessitated building the apparatus to manage 24/7 activity, liaising with Netjets HQ in Lisbon day and night, managing the logistics of no notice food preparation, as well as the transportation of food to various airports around London and beyond. Managing customer expectations and demands required a skill set, which was inherent in the way Baker & Spice operated in London. Quality or else…
