As part of an ongoing process, which began with our arrival in Dubai, for the purpose of opening Baker & Spice Dubai, Foodcraft Solutions has been engaging with local farmers in the UAE, as an important link in the supply chain.

Eventually, taking her cue from her friend Henrietta Green in London Yael decided to organise the very first Farmers’ Market in the UAE.

Henrietta’s inspirational work began the resurgence of the old tradition of farmers bringing their produce into Farmers’ Markets in London.
