Cocomaya


The opening range had some 20 different original recipes including ganache flavoured with a mix of spices or with pomegranate syrup, chilli-flavoured strawberry truffles, and a colourful range of chocolate eggs specially designed for Easter.

Cocomaya was asked to design a tea-based range of chocolates for Postcard Teas in Bond Street. Yael worked with Jonathan Deddis, Cocomaya’s chocolatier, to create a range of exotic tea-infused chocolate truffles, which she designed to present as a domino set.

Cocomaya has since moved to a new location around the corner in Porchester Street and under new ownership have opened a bakery and teashop next door.
