In 1996, with the success and growth of Gail Force and The Bread Factory, Yael Mejia decided to incorporate these two business entities under the umbrella of a holding company, Bread Ltd.

Currently, Bread Ltd incorporates not only Gail Force and The Bread Factory, but a new and growing brand of bakery cafes called Gail's, as well as a joint venture with Jamie Oliver's Flour Station.
